Gungnir is an Artifact Weapon and comes in fragments from Elite Main Force II, Medea and Isle of Demigods Legion in Isle of Demigods Campaign and Elite Main Force IV in Ancient Epic Campaign.

Most of player skipped this weapon, since the differece with Rhongomyniad is only 20 attack points, but if you unable to get 5 artifact weapons upon unlocking this legion, then it's acceptable to get this weapon. This weapon only able to replace Harpe, since the difference is quite a lot, which is 40 points.
